📦 ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How does your store work? We are a Print-on-Demand (POD) shop! This means we don’t have a warehouse full of pre-made items. Instead, we wait until you place an order to print, quality-check, and ship your item. This helps us reduce waste and offer more unique designs.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders follow this timeline:
- Production: 3–5 business days.
- Shipping: 3–7 business days (Domestic).
- Total: You can expect your package in about 7–12 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because our automated system sends orders to production quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed. After that, your item is already being printed!
👕 SIZING & PRODUCTS
How do I know what size to choose? Every product page has a Size Chart in the description. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart to ensure perfect fit.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen? We aim for perfection, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and the way ink interacts with different fabric blends.
🚚 SHIPPING & TRACKING
Why did I only receive part of my order? Don't worry! If you ordered different types of items (e.g., a hat and a hoodie), they may be printed at different specialized facilities. They often arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
Where can I find my tracking number? As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the status once the label is created.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries. Please note that international orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive and may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes.
✅ RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? Since every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or "change of mind." However, if your item is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you!
What if my item arrives damaged? We are so sorry! Please email us at support@deelulu.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will get a brand-new one out to you immediately.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Is my information secure? Absolutely. Our store is built on a secure platform with SSL encryption, ensuring your data and payment information are always protected.
